Abstract

The article describes the trends and characteristics of the development of complex socio-economic systems. It’s noted that the general trend now, is to strengthen the independence of the lower levels of the economy, and it is assumed that this will encourage the process of self-organization and lead to the formation of new effective organizational and economic forms.
