РОЛЬ ЗНАНИЙ В ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ КОМПАНИЙ

Аннотация

Люди создают и передают знания с момента возникновения человеческой цивилизации. Устная передача данных сильно ограничивала процесс их распространения и накапливания. Появление носителей информации, позволявших извлекать знания из сознания человека, значительно интенсифицировало процесс их накопления. Архивы рукописей и глиняных табличек свидетельствуют о том, что человек собирал и распространял знания более 5000 лет. Однако знание как инструмент организации общества появился только в информационной экономике. В статье речь идет о проблемах, связанных с доступом к знаниям, их пониманием, обработкой и практическим применением. В статье рассмотрены характеристики кодификации и персонализации знаний. Представлена пирамидальная иерархия личных знаний и обоснована важность процесса трансформации информации в знания. Графически описаны уровни знаний в организации. Сформирована позиция по отношению к процессу измерения знаний в организации, заключающаяся в том, что оценка знаний в компании на трех уровнях (предприятие, сотрудник и рынок) позволяет сформировать инновационные стратегии развития компании.
