ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ КРИТЕРИЕВ И ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ ДОСТУПНОСТИ  УСЛУГ РАЗМЕЩЕНИЯ (ГОСТИНИЧНЫХ УСЛУГ) В ТУРИЗМЕ

Аннотация

Одной из основных задач развития туризма в Российской Федерации в соответствии со Стратегией развития туризма на период до 2035 г. является обеспечение доступности туристского продукта на внутреннем и внешнем рынках, в том числе для маломобильных туристов, численность которых увеличивается в условиях перехода от медицинской модели снижения мобильности, к социальной. Ключевым элементом туристского продукта выступают услуги размещения, в том числе гостиничные услуги, направленные на удовлетворение базовой потребности в комфортной и безопасной среде проживания в период туристских поездок. Повышение лояльности маломобильных туристов к средствам размещения и предоставляемым услугам размещения обеспечивается созданием доступной и благоприятной для пребывания среды с учетом особых потребностей туристов. В статье представлены результаты исследования доступности услуг размещения (гостиничных услуг) предоставляемых маломобильным туристам. Рассмотрена типология маломобильных туристов, основанная на положении о том, что циклы, которые связаны с маломобильностью, присутствуют в жизни каждого человека. Изучены барьеры, препятствующие посещению средств размещения и пользованию услугами размещения (гостиничными услугами), в том числе: территориальные (транспортные или пешеходные), физические (архитектурные), временные, экономические, информационные, операционные, социальные (поведенческие), коммуникативные (отношенческие). Разработаны критерии и показатели доступности услуг размещения (гостиничных услуг). Результаты, полученные в ходе исследования могут быть использованы при реализации организационно-экономического механизма регулирования сферы предоставления услуг размещения в туризме на различных уровнях управления, в том числе на этапе оценки социальной эффективности.
