СПЕЦИФИКА РАЗВИТИЯ ЦИФРОВЫХ ФИНАНСОВЫХ ИНСТРУМЕНТОВ  В ОТЕЧЕСТВЕННОЙ ЭКОНОМИКЕ

Аннотация

В данной статье автор рассматривает ситуацию, сложившуюся вокруг рынка цифровых финансовых инструментов в стране. Основное внимание уделено рассмотрению специфики развития рынка цифровых валют и цифровых финансовых активов. Вступление в силу Федерального закона «О цифровых финансовых активах, цифровой валюте и о внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации» от 31.07.2020 стало основой для реализации становления рынка цифровых финансовых инструментов. Автором отмечены основные преимущества и проблемы данных финансовых инструментов к применению в российской экономике. Также автором рассмотрен получающий активное развитие проект «цифрового рубля», выделены основные преимущества его выпуска. В результате проведенного исследования делается вывод о целесообразности развития цифрового сегмента экономики, отечественный инвестор заинтересован в обращении цифровых финансовых инструментов, активное развитие цифровой финансовой инфраструктуры способно существенно усилить инвестиционный потенциал российского финансового рынка.
