ДЕФИЦИТ РАБОЧЕЙ СИЛЫ КАК ОДНА ИЗ ВАЖНЕЙШИХ ПРОБЛЕМ РОССИЙСКОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ
Аннотация
Статья посвящена разработке мер по нейтрализации факторов, влияющих на нехватку рабочей силы в России. Автором были предложены и обоснованы следующие меры, направленные на решение проблемы исследования: расширение круга лиц, которым полагается отсрочка от частичной мобилизации; создание рекламных проектов, направленных на иммиграцию в странах Восточной Европы; передача функций по определению количества бюджетных мест в ВУЗах от Министерства науки и высшего образования к Министерству труда и социальной защиты. Автором отмечается, что невозможно отметить какой-либо основной фактор, влияющий на нехватку рабочей силы. В данном случае уместно говорить о целом комплексе факторов, которые являются следствием естественных проблем, связанных как с пандемией и специальной военной операцией, так и с другими проблемами, не относящимся к конкретным событиям.
