Abstract

Implementation of the model of open innovation requires the development of mechanisms for information-retrieval and delay the introduction of R & D results. Market innovation is complex, open, di-varying dynamical systems. Self-organization of the market is complicated by high inertia, lack of or incomplete information required. We propose a problem solving processes the search and implementation of scientific and technical research with the help of multiagention of information technology. The model of R & D evaluation using methods obe-United ontology and neuro-fuzzy inference systems, allowing to accumulate and is-to use the knowledge about existing market needs.
