ОЦЕНКА УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ ВНЕШНЕЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИХ СВЯЗЕЙ РЕГИОНА
Аннотация
Статья посвящена исследованию вопросов, связанных с организацией внешнеэкономических связей региона. Особое внимание уделено понятию устойчивости внешнеэкономических связей. В настоящее время создана определённая теоретическая и практическая база, обеспечивающая развитие внешнеэкономических связей в Российской Федерации, но некоторые элементы с точки зрения вопросов оценки их устойчивости именно на уровне региона нуждаются в совершенствовании. Автором предложены показатели для оценки устойчивости внешнеэкономических связей на уровне не отдельно взятого предприятия, а именно устойчивости внешнеэкономических связей для региона. Дана оценка уровню устойчивости внешнеэкономической деятельности на примере Ивановской области, которая производилась на основе анализа внешнеэкономических показателей, в разрезе направлений (экспорт и импорт) и временных периодов.
