МЕХАНИЗМ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ СИСТЕМЫ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКОГО ПЛАНИРОВАНИЯ НА МЕЗОУРОВНЕ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ ИМИТАЦИОННОГО МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЯ
Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются трансформационные процессы развития общества, связанные, во-первых, с тотальной цифровизацией, катализатором которой послужила глобальная пандемия COVID-19 (аббревиатура от англ. Corona Virus Disease 2019), во-вторых, с тяжелой экономической и геополитической ситуацией, связанной с введением внешнеэкономических санкций со стороны западных партнеров. В настоящее время эти процессы охватывает все сферы жизни нашего общества, поэтому вопрос их изучения в комплексе является весьма актуальным.
В условиях нестабильности и неопределенности внешней среды, глобальных трансформационных процессов, характерных для современного этапа развития экономики Российской Федерации, чрезвычайно актуальным становится проведение исследований, посвященных изучению инструментария регионального планирования. Реализация задач трансформации российской экономики с учетом новых приоритетов и вызовов развития страны усиливает необходимость использования эффективных механизмов организации стратегического планирования на мезоуровне.
Статья может быть полезна аспирантам, учёным высших учебных заведений, государственным и муниципальным служащим, занимающихся стратегическим планированием, а также иным заинтересованным лицам.
