Аннотация

Анализ эффективности деятельности предприятия основывается на его деловой активности. Этот показатель представляет собой способность предприятия удерживать устойчивое положение на конкурентном рынке и достигать результата труда при минимальных затратах ресурсов. В условиях рыночной экономики анализ деловой активности становится одним из наиболее актуальных направлений анализа деятельности фирмы. В данной статье приведен анализ деловой активности предприятий общественного питания города Иваново, пользующихся наибольшим спросом. Проанализированы результаты работы предприятий в процессе операционного цикла. Для проведения анализа были выбраны три компании города: ООО «Огонёк», ООО «Шеш-Беш», ООО «ЛАВАШ». Для оценки их ликвидности, финансовой устойчивости, рентабельности и оборачиваемости были использованы различные показатели. В качестве основного источника информации была взята бухгалтерская (финансовая) отчетность, включая бухгалтерский баланс и отчет о финансовых результатах. Из проведенного анализа были получены выводы о состоянии активов и пассивов компаний, уровня рентабельности, эффективности использования капитала, а также была определена абсолютная финансовая устойчивость всех объектов исследования. Были выявлены ресурсы, имеющие наилучшую оборачиваемость, а также ресурсы, имеющие высокую длительность оборотов. В заключении было определено соответствие финансового состояния исследуемых предприятий их конкурентным позициям среди лучших предприятий общественного питания г. Иваново. Информация, полученная в результате анализа деловой активности коммерческой организации, является основой для принятия управленческих решений как на уровне субъектов хозяйствования и составления прогнозов развития бизнеса, так и на уровне региона.
