ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В РАМКАХ ОСУЩЕСТВЛЕНИЯ ПРАВОСУДИЯ В СУДАХ ОБЩЕЙ ЮРИСДИКЦИИ
Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены с позиции пользователя возможности системы ГАС «Правосудия», показан ее функционал, основные возможности и, на основе сравнения с системой «Мой Арбитр», выявлены ее недостатки, а также сделаны предложения по ее развитию и совершенствованию с использованием информационных технологий. Помимо того автором обозначены ограничения в использовании ее потенциальных возможностей в рамках осуществления судопроизводства. В статье дается обоснование применения цифровых технологий в раках деятельности судов, рассматриваются подсистемы ГАС «Правосудие», исследуются их функциональные возможности и сферы применения. Рассматривается система системе «Мой Арбитр», выявляются ее возможности и ограничения. Обосновывается использование цифровых опций данной системы для упрощения осуществления процесса судопроизводства, его ускорения и повышения эффективности за счет снижения судебных расходов. Также выявляются ограничения для использования заявленных цифровых опций в судах общей юрисдикции. Проанализированы официальные сайты судов общей юрисдикции. Выявлены проблемы цифровизации российской судебной системы и предложены пути их решения.
