ЦИФРОВЫЕ ВАЛЮТЫ ЦЕНТРАЛЬНЫХ БАНКОВ: ПРЕДПОСЫЛКИ СОЗДАНИЯ И ОСОБЕННОСТИ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ НА ФИНАНСОВЫЙ РЫНОК
Аннотация
В статье анализируется вопрос внедрения обеспеченных цифровых валют в финансовые системы стран. Возможность эмиссии центральными банками собственной обеспеченной цифровой валюты (CBDC) активно рассматривается на протяжении последних лет. Автором рассмотрены основные предпосылки к созданию данного финансового инструмента, проведен анализ проектов создания на базе центральных банков обеспеченных цифровых валют. Методологию исследования составили публикации центральных банков по вопросу специфики внедрения и использования цифровых валют. Обобщены и проанализированы проекты центральных банков по созданию и запуску цифровых валют, отмечены их специфические особенности.
