DYNAMIC MODEL ASSESSMENT EFFECTIVENESS QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

An important consideration in assessing the company QMS effectiveness is characteristic velocity and development trends, sustainability, quality management system. However, factors such as the system dynamics, stability, volatility is not reflected in the methods used in the QMS analysis, it difficult to assess trends in the QMS development a whole. In the present article the process indicators dynamics of industrial enterprises quality management system (QMS) through the use of discrete analogue of the first and second derivatives. The technique, developed on the basis of cluster analysis allows objective assessment of the company QMS sustainability.
