КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТНЫЙ ПОДХОД К ПОСТРОЕНИЮ КАРЬЕРЫ HR-СПЕЦИАЛИСТА В КОМПАНИИ
Аннотация
Актуализирована значимость HR-трансформации, профессионального развития и построения карьеры HR-специалиста в условиях изменчивости рыночной среды, цифровизации экономики и динамичности рынка труда. Рассмотрены наиболее востребованные должности HR-специалиста в 2022-2030 гг., придерживаясь которых необходимо развивать навыки и компетенции сотрудников для более гибкой и быстрой адаптации к изменениям в компании. Разработана карта карьерных должностей для HR-специалистов в крупных компаниях. Предложена матрица карьерных компетенций для HR-специалистов компаний по различным уровням (младший специалист, специалист, ведущий специалист, главный специалист и т.д.), в которой, в соответствии с картой карьерных должностей на каждом уровне, прописаны ключевые компетенции, на основе которых можно судить об уровне квалификации того или иного HR-специалиста. Прописан рекомендуемый срок нахождения на той или иной должности, а также обозначены инструменты, которые окажут помощь при продвижении сотрудника на должность выше. Выделены важные в работе HR-специалиста soft-skills на которые стоит обращать внимание при оценке навыков кандидатов на должность HR-специалиста в компанию.
