ПРОЕКТНЫЙ ПОДХОД К УПРАВЛЕНИЮ ИННОВАЦИОННОЙ КОРПОРАЦИЕЙ В УСЛОВИЯХ ПОСТОЯННЫХ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ
Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены различные точки зрения на управление предприятиями в условиях постоянных изменений внешней среды. Проведенный анализ систем производственного управления инновационными корпорациями выявил необходимость применения проектного подхода для реализации программы по управлению изменениями. В статье апробирован результат внедрения проектного подхода к управлению инновационной корпорацией, представленный методикой перераспределения ответственности за перемещенные функции в результате реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов.
Величину инновационного потенциала по сравнению с другими корпорациями возможно определить по показателям деятельности корпорации во внешней среде и показателям отделов. Прогнозирование инновационного потенциала становится возможным при осуществлении рыночного планирования в зависимости от ресурсов – материальных и трудовых. Их наличие и прогноз осуществляется по процессам, за которые ответственны команды проектов, состоящие из специалистов отделов.
Показатели роста величины сбыта продукции/услуг, доли рынка корпорации, доли экспорта в объеме произведенной продукции, а также роста цен характеризуют востребованную структуру оборота и ценовую политику. Эффективное использование инновационного потенциала регистрируется по изменению производительности труда на предприятии, доли высокотехнологичной продукции, высокопроизводительных рабочих мест и станков с ЧПУ. Прогноз инновационного потенциала корпорации основан на нормировании трудовых и материальных затрат в разрезе перемещенных функции проектной команды.
Материальные затраты и затраты труда корпорации на проектное управление каждый год прогнозирования составляют сумму от продажи товаров исключая вложенный капитал в операционную и инновационную сферу. Путем установления зависимости между показателями отделов и сбытом продукции корпорации устанавливается влияние реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов на рост инновационного потенциала предприятия.
