ВЫПУСК ЦИФРОВЫХ ФИНАНСОВЫХ АКТИВОВ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ ЦИФРОВЫХ ПЛАТФОРМ: ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ И РИСКИ ДЛЯ УЧАСТНИКОВ ФИНАНСОВОЙ ОПЕРАЦИИ
Аннотация
В статье был проведен анализ ключевых тенденций развития рынка цифровых финансовых активов – как одного из инновационных финансовых инструментов. Отмечены основные риски, которые сформированы в результате сложившихся современных экономических реалий, в том числе для участников банковского сектора наблюдается тенденция к снижению качества кредитного портфеля в связи со снижением уровня финансовой устойчивости корпоративных заемщиков (представителей крупного и малого бизнеса), а для инвесторов – снижение доходности сформированных инвестиционных портфелей. Поэтому для нивелирования негативных финансовых последствий для результатов деятельности кредитных организаций разработан инструмент нивелирования соответствующего риска в виде выпуска цифровых финансовых активов, обеспеченных просроченной задолженностью бизнеса, и подчеркнута системная значимость выпуска цифровых финансовых активов для всех участников финансовой операции.
