ЭКОНОМИКО-СТАТИСТИЧЕСКИЙ АНАЛИЗ ВЛИЯНИЯ РЫНКА ТРУДА НА ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКУЮ БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ СТРАНЫ
Аннотация
В статье отражена взаимосвязь рынка труда и экономической безопасности страны. Представлен анализ научных исследований, в которых отражено место рынка труда в обеспечении экономической безопасности, а также угрозы, источником которых выступает рынок труда. Отражены положения стратегий экономической и национальной безопасности, характеризующие взаимосвязь регулируемых ими отношений с рынком труда. Определено и обосновано, что рынок труда оказывает как положительное, так и отрицательное влияние на экономическую безопасность страны. В части его положительного влияния на экономическую безопасность отражено, что рынок труда выступает источником трудовых ресурсов для экономической системы страны, рабочей силы для отдельных хозяйствующих субъектов, инструментом предоставления рабочих мест для населения страны. Кроме того, рынок труда выступает инструментом формирования ряда показателей оценки экономической безопасности, а также фактором достижения национальных целей развития Российской Федерации. Дана характеристика отрицательного воздействия рынка труда на экономическую безопасность, которое заключается в том, что рынок труда выступает местом совершения правонарушений; фактором формирования условий, детерминирующих преступность; фактором формирования самостоятельных угроз экономической безопасности страны. Проведен анализ изменения показателей экономической безопасности России, связанных с функционированием рынка труда. Проведен корреляционный анализ между показателями, зависящими напрямую от рынка труда, и показателями, характеризующими уровень преступности в России. Проведен корреляционный анализ между показателями, которые формируются непосредственно на рынке труда. Анализ проведен по общероссийским показателям в динамике в 2017-2022 гг. Даны характеристики выявленным связям.
