АНАЛИЗ ВЛИЯНИЯ ДЕНЕЖНО-КРЕДИТНОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ НА ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКУЮ БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ СТРАНЫ
Аннотация
В данной статье представлен анализ содержания Стратегии национальной безопасности Российской Федерации и Стратегии экономической безопасности Российской Федерации на период до 2030 г. на предмет выявления наличия в них положений, связанных с проводимой Банком России денежно-кредитной политики. Представлено понимание денежно-кредитной политики как инструмента обеспечения экономической безопасности страны в узком и широком смыслах. Отмечена важность эффективной денежно-кредитной политики. Оценены показатели, зависящие от проводимой денежно-кредитной политики, с позиции экономической безопасности посредством их сопоставления с пороговыми значениями. Проведен корреляционный анализ с целью определения силы и направления связи между показателями, определяемыми денежно-кредитной политикой, и показателями, характеризующими: угрозы экономической безопасности страны; экономический рост; основные угрозы экономической безопасности криминального характера; основные угрозы экономической безопасности, в социальной сфере. Представлена интерпретация полученных результатов статистического анализа. Получены количественные характеристики влияния денежно-кредитной политики на экономическую безопасность в России.
