DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL SPACE FOR MAINTENANCE OF TECHNICAL SYSTEMS IN ENTERPRISES: ARE PROFESSIONALS PREPARED FOR ITS APPEARANCE?
Abstract
Information resources aimed at training and educating specialists have long been an integral part of the formation and development of the educational space. In most cases, information resources in education are implemented in colleges and universities, in rare cases – in enterprises, thus forming the emergence of a digital educational space.
The purpose of the research is to identify loyalty among qualified labor personnel to the emergence of digital programs that form competencies in training personnel to service critical problem–oriented systems in enterprises, as well as to clarify the degree of readiness of experienced personnel regarding the integration of modern training methods into operational processes.
The main hypothesis of the study is that the majority of professionals in various industries understand the current importance of knowledge transfer.
The study was conducted in the form of a survey of specialists of business entities in several cities of the country.
The results of the study include the final statistical indicators on the implementation of digital mentoring in enterprises based on reliable, representative and confirmed data.
The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that when processing opinions, a real understanding of the importance of the problem of mentoring in enterprises was formed, and the attitude of personnel on the use of AI in the development of expert consulting systems was revealed.
