ОЦЕНКА ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИХ ФАКТОРОВ УСТОЙЧИВОГО РАЗВИТИЯ АГРАРНОГО СЕКТОРА РЕГИОНА
Аннотация
В данной статье рассматривается роль оценки доходов (прибыли и убытков) как ключевого фактора устойчивого развития аграрного сектора региона. Он играет значительную роль в экономике, обеспечивая продовольственную безопасность и занятость населения. Однако, для его устойчивого развития необходима систематическая оценка финансовых показателей, которая поможет выявить сильные и слабые стороны в аграрной политике и практике. Оценка экономических факторов устойчивого развития является важным инструментом для принятия обоснованных решений, способствующих оптимизации ресурсного использования, повышению эффективности производственных процессов и внедрению инновационных технологий. В статье подчеркивается, что своевременная и качественная оценка финансовых результатов может стать основой для разработки стратегий, направленных на снижение рисков и создание более устойчивых региональных (районных) аграрных систем. Кроме того, авторы обсуждают влияние внешних факторов на доходность аграрных предприятий, таких как рыночные колебания. В условиях воздействия лимитирующих факторов (погодные условия, рост ключевой ставки) необходимы новые подходы к управлению рисками, что делает оценку финансовых показателей особенно актуальной.
