УПРАВЛЕНИЕ РАЗВИТИЕМ МАЛОГО ГОРОДА АГРАРНОГО ТИПА
Аннотация
Актуализированы проблемы малых аграрных городов: старение населения, снижение численности населения, миграция молодежи в средние и крупные города, «кадровый голод» на аграрных предприятиях и пр. Обосновано, что для аграрных городов особое внимание при планировании развития города должно уделяться сектору АПК. На примере Гаврилов-Посада (Ивановская область) рассматриваются ресурсные особенности малого аграрного города, которые необходимо использовать для его развития. Для мотивации молодежи Гаврилово-Посадского района на продолжение учебы по сельскохозяйственному профилю, появления у них чувства заинтересованности в выборе будущей профессии и появления востребованности в них у работодателей в данном городе предлагается реализовать проект создания профильного аграрного класса в Гаврилово-Посадской средней школе. Изучены успешные практики по работе аграрных классов в других регионах России и ближнего зарубежья. Определены основные этапы работы по реализации проекта, рассчитаны статьи расходов, показано взаимодействие субъектов в процессе реализации проекта.
