МЕТОДИКА КОМПЛЕКСНОЙ ОЦЕНКИ ФИНАНСОВО-ХОЗЯЙСТВЕННОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ НЕКОММЕРЧЕСКОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ ФУНКЦИИ ЖЕЛАТЕЛЬНОСТИ ХАРРИНГТОНА
Аннотация
Статья посвящена актуальной и значимой теме комплексной оценки результативности и эффективности деятельности некоммерческой организации. Деятельность некоммерческой организации имеет определенную специфику финансовых и хозяйственных процессов, которая должна быть отражена в методике её комплексной оценки. В исследовании приводится описание типичных требований ключевых заинтересованных сторон некоммерческой организации. Требования стейкхолдеров обуславливают набор ключевых показателей оценки деятельности некоммерческой организации. В статье авторами разработана система частных и обобщающих показателей оценки деятельности некоммерческой организации, включающая показатели финансового состояния, результативности и эффективности деятельности. Расчет комплексного показателя оценки деятельности некоммерческой организации предложено осуществлять с использованием функции желательности Харрингтона. Представленный в статье методической аппарат апробирован в ходе комплексной оценки деятельности нескольких медицинских центров. Практическое применение предложенного авторами методического подхода к комплексной оценке деятельности некоммерческой организации позволит обеспечить объективные результаты такой оценки и их грамотную интерпретацию.
