ОЦЕНКА МЕТОДОВ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОЙ КОРПОРАЦИЕЙ В УСЛОВИЯХ НЕОПРЕДЕЛЕННОСТИ ВНЕШНЕЙ СРЕДЫ
Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены различные точки зрения на оценку методов управления промышленной корпорацией в условиях неопределенности внешней среды. Проведенный анализ управления производственными процессами промышленного предприятия выявил основные принципы управления производством. В статье приведены существующие подходы, в рамках которых рассмотрены оценки применяемых методов управления к управлению промышленной корпорацией.
Выявлены особенности оценки методов управления предприятием с включенными процессами производства (операционный процесс) и инноваций (инновационная деятельность), которые предполагают определенную систему показателей оценки эффективности для средних промышленных предприятий в условиях неопределенности внешней среды.
Достижение более высоких показателей эффективности системы управления по сравнению с другими корпорациями становится возможным при осуществлении рыночного планирования в зависимости от ресурсов – материальных и трудовых, которые формируют вышеперечисленные элементы затрат.
Величину научно-технического потенциала корпорации по сравнению с другими корпорациями возможно определить по показателям материально-технической, природной, кадровой и финансовой базы предприятия и показателям отделов. Прогнозирование научно-технического потенциала становится возможно при осуществлении прогноза количества используемых ресурсов на предприятии в разрезе предполагаемых мероприятий по операционным и инновационным процессам.
Рассмотрен корреляционный анализ на примере регрессионной модели, в которой установлена зависимость одного из показателей – уровня материально-технической базы (стоимость основных производственных фондов) от показателей деятельности отделов: количества заключенных договоров с поставщиками природных ресурсов, количества рабочих мест, прошедших специальную оценку, наличия основных фондов Алтайского края на конец года в среднегодовых ценах.
