ТОКЕНИЗАЦИЯ ЦИФРОВЫХ ПЛАТФОРМЕННЫХ БИЗНЕС-МОДЕЛЕЙ: ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ И ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВА
Аннотация
Статья посвящена исследованию токенизации цифровых платформенных бизнес-моделей, включая ее характеристики, преимущества и практики применения. В современном цифровом мире токенизация становится ключевым элементом в развитии бизнес-экосистем, поскольку она позволяет эффективно управлять цифровыми ресурсами и взаимодействиями. Актуальность работы обусловлена активным развитием цифровых платформенных бизнес-моделей и бизнес-экосистем и значительным потенциалом токенизации для повышения их эффективности. Целью исследования является системный анализ характеристик и будущих перспектив токенизации для повышения эффективности платформенных бизнес-моделей и оптимизации финансирования. В работе использовалась методология комплексного анализа, методы системного и сравнительного анализа на базе научных публикаций из библиотек Scopus и eLibrary, с фокусом на последние три года, а также анализ кейсов зарубежных компаний. В исследовании рассмотрены основные теоретические аспекты токенизации, особое внимание уделено преимуществам токенизации, таким как увеличение ликвидности активов, обеспечение прозрачности и безопасности транзакций, упрощение доступа к финансированию и снижение транзакционных издержек. Также обсуждаются основные проблемы и вызовы токенизации, включая технические сложности, юридические барьеры, экономические риски и социальные аспекты. В результате на основании проведенного анализа формулируются рекомендации для дальнейших исследований и практического применения токенизации. Статья будет полезна исследователям, разработчикам, бизнесменам и политикам, заинтересованным в использовании токенов для повышения эффективности и устойчивости цифровых бизнес-экосистем.
